Guest Lecture “Preservatives, Sweeteners and Colorants: Myths vs Facts and BPOM Rules”

On Thursday, October 25, 2021, the Department of Food Engineering again held a guest lecture at the PG4023 Processed Beverage Technology course. The theme of this guest lecture is “Preservatives, Sweeteners and Colorants: Myth vs. Facts and Regulations of BPOM” with Andy Murphy, S.T., Head of R&D at PT. Suntory Garuda Beverages. Through this guest lecture, lecture participants gain a broader insight into the various additives used in the beverage industry.
